1. General Provisions<\/h3>

The Customer agrees that the payment card details provided at the time of booking may be used to process payments in accordance with these terms.<\/p>

2. Card Storage and Use<\/h3>
By making a booking, the Customer consents to the storage of their payment card details.
The rental company may use the stored card to process the following payments:<\/div>
  • advance payment required to confirm the booking<\/li>
  • rental fee<\/li>
  • deposit (preauthorization)<\/li>
  • additional charges as described in Section 3<\/li><\/ul>

    3. Additional Charges and Subsequent Payments (MIT)<\/h3>

    The Customer authorizes the rental company to charge their payment card after the rental period if necessary to fulfil obligations related to the rental.
    Such charges may include, but are not limited to:<\/p>

    • late return of the vehicle<\/li>
    • fuel shortage<\/li>
    • cleaning costs<\/li>
    • vehicle damage or repair costs<\/li>
    • contractual penalties and late fees<\/li>
    • third-party claims, including parking and traffic fines<\/li><\/ul>

      All such charges are considered directly related to the rental agreement.<\/p>

      4. Deposit (Security Deposit)<\/h3>

      The rental company has the right, at the time of booking or vehicle handover, to:<\/p>

      • reserve (preauthorize) a deposit on the Customer\u2019s payment card<\/li>
      • subsequently:
        • release the deposit in full or in part<\/li>
        • use the deposit to cover outstanding obligations<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

          5. Validity Period<\/h3>

          The rental company has the right to process payments described in Section 3 within up to 90 days after the end of the rental period, if necessary to fulfil obligations related to the rental.<\/p>

          6. Customer Confirmation<\/h3>

          By confirming the booking, the Customer confirms that:<\/p>

          • they are the lawful holder or authorized user of the payment card<\/li>
          • they authorize the rental company to process payments in accordance with these terms<\/li>
          • they have read and agree to these terms<\/li><\/ul>

            7. Disputes and Proof<\/h3>

            In case of disputes, the rental company may provide the following to prove the legitimacy of the charge:<\/p>

            • booking details<\/li>
            • customer consent logs<\/li>
            • rental agreement<\/li>
